Prepare the ingredients: Wash and dry the vegetables, cut the peppers, zucchini, carrots, onions and garlic into pieces. Cut the chicken into cubes and season with salt, pepper, paprika and oregano. ๐๐ฅ๐ง
Fry the chicken: Heat a little olive oil in a pan and add the chicken. Fry until lightly golden brown, but not completely cooked. Place the chicken in a bowl. ๐ฅ๐โจ
Preparing the bags: Cut squares of baking paper (approx. 25ร25 cm). Place a portion of chicken in the middle of each square and then add the vegetables: pepper, courgette, carrots, onion and garlic. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella. ๐ซ๐ฅ๐ง
Tiling the bags: Fold the corners of the paper inwards to form a bag. Tie the paper closed at the top with kitchen string. You can also make handles from the paper, as shown in the picture. Place a sprig of rosemary on each bag for flavour. ๐ฟ๐
Baking: Place the bags on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200ยฐC for about 25-30 minutes, until the vegetables are soft and the cheese has melted. ๐ฅ๐
Preparation: Remove the bags from the oven and serve warm. You can serve them directly in the paper: it looks impressive and the aromas are preserved! ๐ฟ๐ฝ๏ธ
