Ingredients:
2 large egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
1 (3 oz) box of flavored Jello (any flavor you like, such as strawberry, lemon, or lime)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
2. Beat the Egg Whites:
In a clean, dry mixing bowl, beat the egg whites with an electric mixer on medium speed until they start to foam.
Add the cream of tartar and continue beating until soft peaks form.
3. Add Sugar and Jello:
Gradually add the sugar, about one tablespoon at a time, while continuing to beat the egg whites. Beat until stiff peaks form and the meringue is glossy.
Add the Jello mix (dry, not dissolved) and vanilla extract (if using) and mix until fully incorporated and the meringue is tinted with the color of the Jello.
