1. Prepare the rice ๐:
Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic.
Add the rice and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the tomato puree and season with salt, pepper and basil. Let it cook on low heat until the rice has absorbed the liquid and a creamy texture is created.
