I was instantly hooked when I stated this. Now I can’t get enough of this dish

1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
2. In a separate bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Layer half of the potatoes in the bottom of a greased slow cooker. Dump cheddar soup in and mix.
5. Layer half of onions, meat, seasonings, and cheese.
6. Repeat layers again.
7. Pour the beef broth evenly over the layers in the slow cooker.
8. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for about 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
Once done, serve the delicious Slow Cooker Beef & Potato Au Gratin straight from the slow cooker and enjoy!
