For the Sugar and Cinnamon Mixture:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9×5 inch loaf pan by greasing or lining it.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Step 3: In another bowl, stir together the melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Step 4: Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Step 5: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Step 6: Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. If the top gets too brown, cover it with foil.
- Step 7: For an added touch, once the bread is out of the oven and still warm, brush it with melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Step 8: Let the bread cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy!
