This is a family recipe that has been passed down in my family for over 150 years. It is a traditional Italian stuffed artichoke and it looks like a snack but is actually a full meal if you eat enough of it LOL. It is made with breadcrumbs and garlic, parsley, parmesan cheese and olive oil.
INGREDIENTS:
4-5- Large artichokes, cleaned, leaves and stems trimmed
3 -cups Italian breadcrumbs
3 T- grated Romano cheese
