Ingredients:
For the Wings:
12-16 chicken wings (drumettes and flats)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
For the Sauce:
1/2 cup (120g) unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup (120ml) hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot or your favorite brand)
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven or Grill:
If baking, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a wire rack for extra crispiness.
If grilling, preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Prepare the Wings:
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture (this helps with crispiness).
In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika (if using).
